implement of pid controller circuit

    hi..
    i have a problem about implement of pid controller circuit..
    i have the compensator transfer function which is G(s)=
    (s2+4030s+8060)/s...
    and i have this circuit
    opamp circuit.GIF
    regarding to circuit, i have difficulty to find the of each component especially 'R'..
    can you please help me how to find the resistant and capacitance value especially 'R'..
    i appreciate for all cooperation..

    R is fairly arbitrary, it won't affect the answer of a homework exercise as it sets the gain of the summing amplifier to -1. In the real world anywhere between 1k and 100k should work well.

    Here's a starting point: Eo(s) = - (Ep(s)+Ei(s)+Ed(s)). Work out those last three terms individually and you have your transfer function.
