Z is the total resistance of the circuit.
I is the total current in the circuit, magnitude of 0.0037 A, phase angle of 1.5280°.

I get Z to be 140.66 - j 303.89
Also, Z is not the total resistance, it's the total impedance. The total resistance is 140.66 ohms.
