    Go to Fuji's site, and find out who their authorized distributors are.
    Then go to their authorized distributor's sites and check stock.

    Only Fuji's have them...I mean no other vendors like mouser..

    The 300N is discontinued.

    Thanks....It's for the UPS...
    I need to find source before quoting prices...or I will go bankrupt due to Maldivian Rules.

    Rich get's rich....poor get's drained...

    Allied .....is it in US...I need location....so I can estimate shipping charges

    Can You tell me how to check the IGBT that I have, i.e the above model.

    I guess fixing this UPS hasn't been a big priority of yours? ;)

    See if the gate is shorted to the collector or emitter; if so it's bad.

    See if the collector is shorted to the emitter, when the gate is connected to the emitter. If so it's bad.

    See if the connection from the collector to emitter is made when the gate is ~15v higher than the emitter. If not, it's bad.

    You are just going to have to start your own semiconductor manumacturing company and produce your own chips. :)

    It's a priority Sgt. I have quoted my price, still they r reviewing them.
    I have reduced my price by $1000.00. Still they want it reduced.

    Before they changed the IGBT's and $2000.00 was charged. :eek: by some other parities and till then it is been sitting there useless.

    So Basically I have to load test the IGBT's ..right?
