    Good Day All

I am trying to find datasheets for some parts, for my Watson W-10AM Bench Power Supply.

D880 (Looks to be a "TO220" Package Type).
D717 (Looks to be a "TO3P" Package Type).

I will try and get a picture of the items in question when I can get a good clear picture.

Thanks for your time and help.

As far as polarity goes, you can tell that with a meter - http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/vol_3/chpt_4/3.html

Other characteristics, such as power, voltage rating, and gain are not so easily discovered. The universal NPN power transistor in TO-3 used to be the 2N3055. It's harder to know about a reasonable sub in TO-220.

Most probably 2SD880 and 2SD717. Check them out.
