Hi everyone,

I am looking for an ic oscillator that will convert a 3v dc to drive a piezoelectric buzzer. So many ics have so many advanced functions. I am just looking for a micro sized astable multivibrator. Does anyone know a part number of such a product?

One IC, two resistors, one capacitor and the piezo. Runs on 12V

It says it will operate 3-18V and it should get quieter and lower voltages.

 

Another simple option would be to use a 555.
