    i founded this ic in proteus
    but i cant found this ic between D/A IC

    It is the default Proteus model for a generic 8 bit D/A converter or a DAC.

    You need to do as suggested and search for these and pick a specific model whose parameters (from the data sheet) match your requirements. Since we don't know those requirements, there is little else anyone can suggest.

    I don’t Proteus but a lot of CAD’s will just draw a generic symbol and will give it a name when a physical part that you can place on the board is chosen.
