what IC's are used for
1> Parallel Port Communication LPT
2> USB 1.0;1.1;2.0... etc.
3> ETHERNET (RJ45/CAT-5/6)for LAN/MODEM
4> Firewire 1394
5> IrDA,
6> ZigBee, etc.

and what is the difference between RS232 & RS485,
way it is in 2 different types D-09 ; D-25 pin's.
