Hello,

perhaps i found some help here (datasheet). All i know of this chip (DIP16) that it was used in TV sets of the late 70's as a sensor ic.

Maybe some one has a datasheet (link) or a cross reference?!

Any help will be very appreciated!

No luck bro, I spend 20 minutes searching it out. Seems like it was an older component probably made for a special customer. You may be able to get info by mailing TI directly.

I already contacted TI support (for my other search of the ID-699 too), Unfortunately without success. (But i have to confess the people over there are very friendly)
