Hello!

I need to convert model of TS5A23157. in IBIS:

Unfortunately any software (Microcap, Intelisoft etc) had shown no results.

Any ideas how to do it?

 

I don't think there's any good conversion process for IBIS to SPICE since IBIS is a behavior model while SPICE semiconductor models are generally based on the more complex semiconductor physics of the device.
