My friend brought me a ibanez de7 pedal, it sends a bypass signal when turned on but there are no audio effects.
I replaced some diodes thinking it could be them, but no success. any suggestions?

and I don't have a clue how to fix this one.
How about measuring the voltage regulator. That's the one that died in the photo.

Not yet brother. I tried replacing the voltage regulator but no success. Im not quite sure where to examine next.
the only things I can really think of is diodes and that voltage regulator. Past that, absolutely no idea.
