IAR CC2430 8051 Progamming HELP!

Hi, I'm doing a mini project on Blinking LED with a CC2430 Texas. I'm a total noobie here and would need some help. Firstly, I downloaded the IAR workbench, but I do not know to start. Secondly, how do I set the clock frequency of the microcontroller between the 32khz and 32Mhz through programming. Thanks a million!
