I have choose a project through internet, but I am not sure if it works properly. I am supposed to finish the project within 2 weeks so please help me.

If you build it like it says, it will work properly.

Am I missing something on what else you want us to do?

 

Not the best solution for a Water Level Controller, but that project will work. A PID with a microcontroller and a floating level sensor would be more interesting in my opinion. But, the schematic seems ok.

 

Styro-foam float with a mirror on top. Laser. PIC. Awesome.
