I need to replace some old Siemens diodes with the following P/N
    SSiE 13S11A
    SSiE 14S1
and from unknowm manufacturer the following P/N
    22N1200

I can't find a data sheet anywhere and Siemens told me the componets are obsolete and they can't help me (even thinking they manufactured it)

    Please can you help me?
    Thanks in advance
(plese forgive me for any mistakes, but English is not my first language)

What can you tell us about the original diodes?
    Part number?
What kind of circuit is it used in?
    Peak current?
    Average current?
    Forward voltage?
    Peak reverse voltage (PIV)?
If its in a switching application, what is the switching frequency?
Can you show us a schemaitc of the circuit its used in?

    Thank you for your help.
    Here is what I know:
Part number? The only thing I know is what I've stated in the previous post

What kind of circuit is it used in? They are used as rectifiers in rotating frequency converters
Peak current?, Average current?, Forward voltage? Peak reverse voltage (PIV)?Don't know
If its in a switching application, what is the switching frequency?
No, not used in that application

Because one image worth a thousand words here are the only things I really know:
