Hybrids

    I'm missing something -in my thinking/learning:

    How do you ground the electric motor on a gasoline-hybrid motor?

    If you're speaking of a car, the motor may get conventionally grounded to the frame. If the battery does not charge off the engine alternator, then it and the battery pack may float unreferenced to the rest of the car.
