I have a question. HT1621 has a display Ram 32x4 bits. Why does it need 6 address bits? Can I help me?

Because that same 5-bit bus sends commands and address locations. There are 34 different commands, therefore, 5 bits just isn't enough. .

 

You can tell more commands. What are two remain command?
