Mains transformers for use on either 120V or 240V have two primary windings which are connected either in series or in parallel but for calculations either configuration is considered as a single winding.

To clarify my previous remark, transformers can have more than one input winding, as noted, but they cannot have more than one voltage/signal input to those windings.
