Hello everyone, I have a very tough question about S parameters of the transistor. How to measure the parameters S11, S12, S21 and S22 of the transistor.
Thanks guys so much

A VNA with an s-parameter test set is programmed to stimulate a device under test and measure the transmitted and reflected reflected signals. In the setup we had, a transistor was put on a jig designed for this purpose, connected to the unit, and the data was collected and displayed on a Smith Chart or other graphical displays such as return loss.

Here is where I would start for getting a handle on how things are measured.
