my question is about the circuit.
    the current is about 5Amp.
i attache a schematic ,is it correct??

If the current being measured is part of the AC supply line, then your method will be very dangerous. The part of the circuit on the primary part of the transformer is floating on the line potential, and will present a lethal shock hazard.

Using a current transformer will be much safer. Here is an article about them - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Current_transformer.

    i agree with u beenthere,
but if the current is about 1-5 Amp how can i use current transformer?
it a transformer of ratio 1/1
