As the title of the thread says, how can I make a four-way AND gate using only NAND gates?
    Help would be appreciated!

Take two NAND and put a NAND at their output connected a as NOT gate. Then take another NAND and wire the output of the two NOT gates to its input. Finally, wire a NAND as a NOT gate and put it on the output of the last NAND.

    I can ONLY use NANDs.
No NOT's (unless I am getting your statement wrong).

If you connect the two inputs of a NAND gate together, it becomes an inverter, sometimes called a NOT gate.

NAND gates are universal in nature.. just give same i/p to both pins... it'll become a NOT gate....

    Ah, alright.
    We say, "inverter" over here.
    Communication gap, etc.

I'm going to start making that now, but can someone give me a picture of what it should look like?

    AHH!! Got stuck!

What? What two Not gates... Here's what I have so far...

Sorry about picture quality... Had I saved it to another format you'd probably wouldn't want to download it because of the size.
