    hello everyone,
does anyone has an experience of interfacing external Samsung Nand Flash K9XXG08UXM with MSP 430fxx series uC?

all i want to do is dump my data from the input ports of uC onto the Flash Memory.

    thanks in advance

yes, i did have a look at the datasheet... i understand the basics of the architecture of the chip. however, I am confused as to how to write to a particular address on the chip? For example, in the ReadCycle, it is mentioned that i have to
input 2Column Address and 3 Row Address cycles. hw to do these?
Do you have a sample code which mentiones
PAGING and how to do it? i never have had experience with 'paging'. can you please help?

    thanks

hello everyone, I decided not to use Samsung Flash but instead using the MICRON 16Gb flash memory. In the memory datasheet, there is a tab for
    Device Initialization..

attached is the datasheet for the memory. check page 46.

can any one please tell me what does it mean by Ramping Up Vcc??

    thanks
