Hello i have this datasheet of Transistor BC107

    Code ( (Unknown Language)):
    1. http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/SEME-LAB/BC107.pdf
    i need this to calculate Ic(collector current)=B x Ib(base current)

    Thanks!!!!

BJT are not manufactured with exact beta values; rather, they are specified as meeting a required range or minimum beta value ( group-a,b,c).
    Group A - βmin=110
    B - βmin=180
    C - βmin=380

Two identical transistors with the same part number could vary by more than 100% in their actual beta values.
And beta (H21e) also change with collector current Ic.

    for 1 and Ic=2mA the β=250
The beta β in datasheet is called hfe or H21e
