how to flash BIOS chip MX series 3mb using ardunio ?

Hey I recently have a bad flash and I have desolder the BIOS chip which is 8pin. I want to reflash it using arduino. I don't have access to computer and I can upload sketch to arduino using only android(arduino development kit on android) and also can compile them on it. I have a breadboard also. Please help me.
