How to find pull up resistance at IN for pull up to Vcc

Hi,

I am using LM5112 gate driver. I am not using IN pin , So, I need to pull up to Vcc which is 12V. Now ,how to calculate the pull up resistance value at IN.

I am attaching LM5112 gate driver datasheet with this post
