Do you have access to an Electronic Load?

 

We are talking about one of these which amounts to a less than $3 USD wall wart. Now in the best interest of maintaining sanity to what extent do we want to test this creature? I figure if it can charge a cell phone in a quick efficient manner then it does what I want it to do which is "Good Nuff" and gets my seal of approval.
