How to draw these pins/footprint in ultiboard. I use v13.0 PAckage is VQFN-32 pin

2. Why does same IC have two foorptints, one under heading "example board layout" & another under "stencil design"?

It would probably be best if you posted to the ultiboard website since I am guessing most people here either have never heard of it or don't use it.

 

The stencil pad design is for the solder stencil for placing solder paste on a board. Looking at the suggested pad design, I would toss their suggestion and simply use rectangular pads. This part has a large pad on the bottom, so it will have to be soldered by methods other than by hand.

 

Use two round pads and connect them with a full pad width trace?
