hello there ,

I am working through a project which is designing a GSM repeater in 900MHZ with 40-80 dB gain . I doubt if there is any special IC modules for elements i need in this diagram such as LNAmp , Mixer , BPfilter with 70 Mhz IF , etc.

could you please help me if you have any experience?

What is your goal? Poor cell service you are looking to boost?

 

yes I want to reinforce a poor cell with designing a repeater myself as a job. the goal is reaching a analog system of a complete repeater with up link and down link as well. I have duplexer in both sides , before designing a circuit schematic , I am trying to find suitable RF IC for LNAs, Mixers, etc, but I am not sure what the characteristics should be . for example which noise figure is suitable for mixer in designing a 40-80 dB gain repeater.

please help me in completing my info in details . I have read some but I need practical experience .
