Hi, i am a very beginner in electronics, i am trying to make this circuit below. So when i push the first pushbutton, the motor should turn, and when i push the second push button the motor should turn in reverse.
as i can see from the schematics, they used a single coil DPDT, with 8 poles ( i think ) ... but i have a dual coil DPDT, with 10 poles ( TQ2-2L-5V ).
how can i use my DPDT relay instead of the one shown in the schmatics, i tried really, i cannot figure it out.
    thanks

The motor will turn in reverse only while the button is held down. And the motor will run in either direction only while the first button is held down. Is this what you want?

Do you have the data sheet for the dual coil relay? Can you post it?

Also, your going to need a reverse biased diode between the output of the ULN2003 and your 5VDC supply, otherwise when the relay is shut off, voltage spikes will destroy the transistors in the ULN2003.

The ULN has reverse diodes in it.
But I would have used a relay alone in a simple circuit such as that.
    Max.

You need two SPST relays to make a change over motor.

And You only need one relay if momentary push button operation is needed as shown.
    Max.
