Man , i never thought of this before,i live really close to high power lines .maybe that is why i am having all that gain in voltage??

You could maybe hang coils around you eves, like christmas lights, or banks of coils stacked on framework in the back yard, like a mini substation.

 

It seems a pity that more effort is not put into teaching notions like conservation of energy. This may be difficult where only a minority achieve basic literacy and numeracy, but even in developed countries many seem ignorant of such matters.
