The tach in my 1980 Chevy El Camino reads high. I have no idea what the schematic looks like, but I assume there's probably an RC network that could be tweaked.

Anyone know?

For a four cylinder car, 3000 RPM is 50Hz, 3600 RPM is a 60Hz signal input into the pickup.
