how to calculate manually I2, I6 I8 V4 and V8 from this circiut?

    You combine all the various resistors using parallel series addition until you get a single resistor across the 100V source, and that gives you the current flowing from the source. From there you just "unwind" it back out in steps, each time finding the current in the next branch by subtracting it from the current you already know.

    This is pretty basic stuff and a skill you must know to do anything in electronics.
