How to be build an Electromagnetic and Ultrasonic Shield

    Hi guys!
    I like to post some of my thoughts on shielding Electromagnetic (EM) and Ultrasonic waves at the same time.

    Shielding EM waves is easy. You need to enclose whatever you want to shield by some metal. Faraday cage is a good example.

    But how are you going to stop Ultrasonics? Here is how. The acoustic impedance is defined as Z=rho*v

    You may use this technique to shield a room etc.

    @4beowulf7: I don't think the AAC forums are really intended for people to post all their personal projects on. I would suggest that you start your own blog and post your projects there, or you can also post them on your blog or in your photo gallery here on AAC.
