how the circuit works? -MOSFET drive

I was trying to encourage the poster to give us a clue about the context. Did he find the drawing on the floor of a subway bathroom, or is it something important to him or what? Sorting out the functioning of some random circuit isn't enough motivation for me, I guess.

Its just a push-pull MOSFET gate driver with a couple of amplifier/pulse shaper stages up front.

If I apply input as 1 the 1st transistor acts as a close switch. 0 at the base of 2nd stage of transistor. So will act as open switch. At 3rd stage 1 will be the input to the base. So NPN will be close switched and PNP will be open switched. So MOSFET will act as a closed switched. Is it right?
