in pn-juntion from which free electrons gets ionization energy to become free and how p side of pn-juntion attract these elctrons(from which force)

The free electrons come from the impurities (dopants) that are added to the silicon lattice. The holes, or the absence of free electrons, also come from the dopants that are added to the silicon lattice. The application of a forward bias reduces the potential barrier, allowing the electrons to easily move across the p-n junction in one direction while the holes move across the junction in the opposite direction.
