how PCB is translated onto a plastic board?

    there are several ways to do this but i find a good quality inkjet printer set to high quality and glossy photopaper to work very well.

    you need to purchase overhead projector film for inkjets and bobs your aunty print onto overhead projector film.

    make sure you get overhead projector film for inkjets its different to the one used for laser printers.

    For something that small, and if there is just one or two, I'd use an etch resist pen on single sided copper clad board, then etch.
    I use an Edding 400 permanent marker.
    The proper way is to make a transparency, then UV expose UV sensitised board using the transparency, then develop the board to remove the unwanted coating, then etch.
