Oh ok I drive a tow truck and want to use them for safety reasons..

 

I would say the road flare is not an "automotive modification"

Well the road flare to me was going to be a easy build except the electronics ... I was going o use Pvc pipe and a couple end caps and mount the leds in the side of the pvc almost like a hockey puck with leds sticking out the sides ....



The wireless light bar I was thinking about using a cheap 4 channel transmitter and receiver with relays form ebay and mod the circuit from there...
