How can I make a + and - 5V source using two adaptors?

    I have two Motorola adaptors that have an output of +5V. I need to use these two to make one -5V and the other +5V. I think each of the adaptors has two wires, one +5V and the other one is ground I believe.

    Hook the + of one to the - of the other. That connection will be your common. The remaining + will be +5V. The remaining - will be the -5V.
