How can i light a fluorescent bulb with battery?

Why that bulb in particular? Why not just get a small 5" or 10" tube type fluoro and use a DC->fluoro inverter module?

To run the bulb you have shown needs 220v AC (although it will probably run from 300v DC too).

Can you post the screenshot of that DC->fluoro inverter module?

 

They make a compact fluorescent light bulb that looks like what you showed. It runs from 12VDC. The inverter is built inside.

 

I'm not going to google screenshots for you, but I have seen plenty of small modules to light fluoro bar tubes from 12vDC.

Google for "12v fluoro tube inverter module".
