Hi, how can i increase sensing range of hall effect sensor, i want it to be more sensitive, it's an open collector sensor, ugn3119u, supply is 5v, i drive output with 10k pull-up but range doesn't satisfy me?

Well, the most obvious solution is to get a stronger magnet, but I'm sure you already thought of that. Since the ugn3119u has an on/off output, there is not much if anything you can do circuit-wise.

You might be able to improve the sensitivity by using a flux concentrator. It could be thought of as a magnifying glass or antenna for magnetic flux. A drawing of a simple flux concentrator can be seen on the web page at the URL below.
