Although Handz Naz didn't state so, I wondered to what he wanted to charge the capacitor.

I hope that is supposed to be 160 microfarad not 160 farads.
160F charged to 330V would be a scary thing.
You could use something like the first part of a camera flash. The link below shows how a capacitor is charged to 200V from a 1.5V battery.
