You seem to be getting there mostly on your own. I'm assuming you're asking about questions 9-16? First of please tell us what you think they are. Also based on what you answered for question 20, rethink question 21.
Question #9: Electrons flow from the higher potential to the lower potential. If both energy levels are equal then there is no flow. So what do you think the right answer is for #9? I suspect that if you get #9 right the rest should follow. #10 and 11 are pretty much self explanatory. consider them together and not as separate questions.
Question #15 should help you answer #13. 14 then should become a little clearer for you.
I agree with Marcus, #21 needs more thought.
Give a man (a student) a fish (a free answer) and you feed him for a day (answer a question for free). Teach him to fish (to know and understand his subject) and you feed him for life. I could ace your test. But what would you learn? It better serves you to help you understand than it does to just give you the right answers. You learn much less that way.
