Hello elecstudent,

The problem for me and probably several other people on the forum is that we have not previously come across the notation you are using.

The notation (2pi/2, -j4) means very little to me and I've been in the electrical / electronics game for nigh on 42 years. But hey - I'm always willing to learn something new. It seems to be a combination of both polar and rectangular.

If you are confident with what you are doing then that's great.
