Hey, I found some old speakers from a broken lap top and wanted to turn them into speakers that connect to my iPod. I need a amp though. It needs to run off of 7 DCV - 12 DCV from a battery pack, and the input comes from the iPod headphone jack. I tried a few things, like using a nPn transistor and a mosFet, but iI could not figure it out. Any help? Diagrams and explantion would be best for me. Thanks.

Use integrated circuits. How much power output do you want?
    Google will help you.
