I can only guess, considering said products are 'targeted' almost exclusively at industry, that counting upon 'compliant installation' (spec. application of the specified mounting force) is deemed a 'safe bet' and less expensive than 'redundant' stand-alone bonding --- As always 'tis for the love of The Almighty Buck!
