HIP4082 explanation

in the 1st page of the datasheet it's mentioned "The HIP4082 does not contain an internal charge pump, but does incorporate non-latching level-shift translation control of the upper drive circuits."
there is no such a thing in hip4081
what is the meannig of that and how it will effect it's operation?

thanks ,but this donot explain how it works without charge pumb or the meannig of "incorporate non-latching level-shift"?

I think the app note adequately describes the floating bootstrap supply which is describe in the datasheet for HP4082.
The "non-latching level shifter" is the same as the diode capacitor bootstrap supply. It is simpler, but it has some limitations. You can read about those limitations in the application note.
