Alright, I'm asking the impossible. I've looked for hours and I can't find anything by anyone being sold by anyone. I'm looking for a quad package (or higher) high voltage opto-isolator. By high voltage I mean upwards of 200 Vce on the photo transistor.

Does anyone know any parts offhand?

There are actually a few quads available 300V.

Cheapest one being Toshiba TLP627
