I saw butt/Posi-lock connectors like

the insulation material also just can reach 150 degree

is it really no such of insulated connector can be used under 150--200 degree environment ?

thanks and regards

Have you tried a WEB search? Or checking manufacturer websites? I found connectors rated at 250-400C without much effort... Requiring insulated connectors reduces options...

200 degrees C.....that's warm.

What type of insulation is the wire using?

Can you rewire, not requiring a connector?

That insulation is right at your limit.

You want a rating of at least 300.

I would want 500. Overkill is advisable with heat.

We used to use asbestos sleeves for high temp apps.

Might be outlawed now.

I am not up on it.....but maybe some thermocouple wiring accessories.

There will be experts on line in a few hours.

You'll get fixed up. Be patient.
