Hello people, I just wanted to know if there are any good chips to drive the gate of a high-side MOSFET, with input fed from microcontroller PWM output?
Or do anyone of you have idea how to build a discrete gate drive?
*Personally i tried optocoupler (optoisolator) with bootstrap, but obviously the optocoupler's rise and fall times are the bottleneck, limiting maximum switching frequency.*
(For switching of around 60kHz)
