Anyone have any ideas on a method to calculate unknown value of C and R on a high pass filter?
Given the option of sending any signal through the filter and monitoring the results.
Thinking it could perhaps be analysed by send a unit step function or something similar.

What is a .svg file? I have nothing that opens it. If you are going to post something, please use a file format that we can open...

Obviously if have access to the circuit than you can measure the output resistor with an ohmmeter.

But if all you can do is analyze the filter response then the best you can do is calculate the RC product as determined by the -3dB corner frequency of the filter where R*C = 1/[2*Pi*f(corner)].
