Hi All,
I am working on a project about frequency synthesizers and need a circuit to work as a hard limiter in high frequency(10 MHz) like an Op-Amp. Could anyone help me?

Hello,

At what level is the sinus-signal?
At what level do you want the squarewave?
If the inputlevel is large enough you could use a schmitt-trigger.
