hi I was hoping to get some help little stuck I need to adapt a circuit to a new frequency of 7.5 kHz need to calculate a new value for a capacitor in a parallel tuned network with a inductor of 1mh I worked out by using the resonant frequency the new capacitor value of 450pf was hoping to find out if I am right.
I also would like help if anybody can tell me how I can explain if this circuit is frequency selective

    thankyou

How did you get that value of capacitance? You need to show your work so that we have something to evaluate.

What does it mean for a circuit to be "frequency selective"?

Perhaps he means a filter of some sort?

I expect that is very much what he means -- but I'm far from certain that HE knows what he means. That's what I want to find out and, if necessary, clear up.
